Summer is at our doorstep and with that we pause to look back over this past year of accomplishments as well as to look forward to another membership year in September with our new President - Jennifer Mott.

As I look back over my three years as President, I am so proud of how much we have done - especially in the shadow of COVID. We adjusted and altered and Zoomed and met face to face - outside - but face to face. I especially want to thank the Board members that have helped me through these times - Julianne Catlin as VP & Secretary, Bo Yai & Stephen Yang as Treasurer, Beth Ng as Secretary, Katrine Giroux as Parliamentarian, and John Keogh & Doreen Martel as Newsletter Editors. Special thanks also go to all the fundraising, civic, and member activities committees that made HNN relevant for our membership and our community.

I will still continue to be involved on the board and committees. Once you feel the satisfaction of giving back - it’s hard to let it go. But I look forward to seeing where our club is heading under our new President’s direction and wish Jennifer all the best.
